Off-Bardway - Whodunit ... the Musical
Oregon Cabaret Theatre "Whodunit ... the Musical" Previews Ap 7- & 8 Plays Ap 9 - May 30
Stylish matron Carrie Innes and her quirky cockney maid take a Connecticut summer home in 1931. They arrive to find all the help has quit in terror, except for a very odd butler who hints at strange goings-on. They are soon joined by Carrie’s lovely young niece Sally and a surprise friend – Jack. As they settle in for the night, a strange face appears at the window and the sounds of an attempted break-in shatter sleep. Then: gun shots. The body of a total stranger on the drawing room floor. A gypsy fortune-teller named Zara. At last an austere detective arrives to unravel the mystery and things get even stranger...and funnier. WHODUNIT...The Musical is a tuneful romp that’s part mystery, part drawing room farce and all musical comedy.

George Cook & Jon Hazlett Spey Casting Class
Ashland Fly Shop will be hosting a special class featuring one of the all time greats in the Spey Casting Venue, Sage Fly Rods rep George Cook.
George Cook, along with a few others, brought the Two-handed or Spey rod to the Pacific Northwest where it has evolved from the 15 foot Salmon rod of yesteryear to the 12' - 13' wrist rocket that we are fortunate enough to fish with today.
This class will also include a complimentary "Understanding Spey Lines" discussion to be held after hours at The Ashland Fly Shop the evening before the class. This on it's own would be worth the price of admission.
What: George Cook & Jon Hazlett Spey Casting Class
Where: Touvelle Park on the Rogue River
When: Sunday, March 21 9am - 5pm
Cost: $150
