George Cook & Jon Hazlett Spey Casting Class

Ashland Fly Shop will be hosting a special class featuring one of the all time greats in the Spey Casting Venue, Sage Fly Rods rep George Cook.
George Cook, along with a few others, brought the Two-handed or Spey rod to the Pacific Northwest where it has evolved from the 15 foot Salmon rod of yesteryear to the 12' - 13' wrist rocket that we are fortunate enough to fish with today.
This class will also include a complimentary "Understanding Spey Lines" discussion to be held after hours at The Ashland Fly Shop the evening before the class. This on it's own would be worth the price of admission.

What: George Cook & Jon Hazlett Spey Casting Class
Where: Touvelle Park on the Rogue River
When: Sunday, March 21 9am - 5pm
Cost: $150
